How we work

You know your business.
We know where AI fits.

Most businesses know AI could help — but not where, or how far to trust it. Some miss the easy wins; others expect magic. We work it out with you, then build only what pays off.

  1. 1

    Understand

We map how work really flows — your processes, the rules you have to follow, and where time and money leak.

    • Processes
    • Compliance
    • Systems
    • People
  2. 2

    Recommend

We tell you where AI genuinely helps, where it doesn't, and roughly what it costs — before anything is built.

    Worth automating

    • Compliance checks before every job
    • Invoice matching and chasing
    • Rota and time-off requests

    Not worth the money

    • Replacing judgement on complex pricing
    • AI projects with no clear payback
  3. 3

    Design & build

Custom-built around your rules, data and systems — connected to the tools you already use, from WhatsApp and email to your CRM or accounts software. Live within weeks, with a full audit trail.

  4. 4

    Grow with you

Regulations change. Your business grows. Your AI keeps up.
